- Deliver high-quality training in Security Guarding and Door Supervision.

- Provide scenario-based conflict management training (Level 3 qualified).
- Conduct Physical Intervention Training (Level 3 qualified).
- Ensure all training meets SIA and Pearson-approved standards.
- Maintain and update training records in compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Valid SIA License with at least 3 years of experience in Security Guarding and Door Supervision.
- Minimum Level 3 Award in Education & Training (or equivalent such as PTLLS, CTLLS, or DTLLS).
- First Aid at Work qualification.
- Proven experience in delivering security-specific training to an adult workforce.
- Up-to-date certificates and insurance.
- Clear, up-to-date DBS check.
